About me

Growing up, I felt constant pressure to be someone I wasn’t—making choices to please others instead of honoring myself. I thought this would bring me peace, but instead, it led to deep physical and emotional distress.

What felt like rock bottom became the starting point for rediscovering myself. I began exploring who I truly am and what I need. My life isn’t perfect, but it’s real—rooted in presence, curiosity, and resilience.

Along the way, I found healing through yoga, breathwork, meditation, coaching, and counseling. These tools empowered me, and I now share them as a certified yoga teacher and coach/counselor to support others on their journey back to themselves.

As a yoga teacher, I guide gently with a focus on body, breath, and mindful choice.

As a coach/counselor, I listen deeply and use reflection, psychoeducation, and practical tools to support each person’s unique path.

I am trauma and neurodivergence informed.
